Here is a case i have seen :  A 65 year old male, farmer by occupation presented with cheif complaints of pedal edema, edema of bilateral hands since 1 month Decreased appetite since 7 days C/o cough with sputum on and off HOPI: Pt was apparently asymptomatic 1 month ago then he developed decreased urine output, burning micturition, b/l pedal edema pitting type, sob(grade 2) and fever, for which he was admitted and was diagnosed with HFpEF(EF 55%) with moderate PAH ty

Here is a case i have seen :  A 45 yr old male patient who is auto driver by occupation came with  C/o weakness of b/l upperlimb and lowerlimb since 1 week C/o pedal edema since 1 week HOPI: Pt was apparently asymptomatic 1 week back then developed weakness of b/l upper and lower limb since then  No h/o deviation of mouth ,giddiness,decreased urine output ,burning micturition ,facial puffiness C/o swelling of b/l lower limbs upto knees which is pitting type H/o

Here is a case i have seen :  A 24year old female who is a home maker came with the c/o headache, giddiness,and generalized weakness since 15days H/o fever on and of since 15days  Rashes 15days  No history of bleeding manifestations such as bleeding gums, Malena No retrobulbar pain  HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS: Patient was asymptomatic 15 days back and then she devloped giddiness, headache and she also noticed a rash on thigh and they went to local RMP and got treatmen
